Krash is a 2nd year Ph.D candidate in the BME program, and has recently won the Student Staff Member of the Year award here at NJIT. He also has a Masters degree in BME from Arizona State University. He is currently working on creating vascularized tumor models to study the effect of ECM cues. His long term goal is to understand how biophysical factors can affect the tumorigenic potential of breast cancer cells.
